The Biofilm Fibe Turntable Reactor is a novel biofilm system developed by Shandong Zhong Qiao Enlightenment Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., capable of consistently meeting Class A national standards. It effectively overcomes several operational challenges associated with the MBR process in integrated equipment, including significant membrane flux attenuation, discrepancies between actual and design flux values, difficulties in backwashing and off-line cleaning, as well as issues related to sludge encapsulation.

1. This technology is the culmination of four years of experimental research and engineering practice by Zhong Qiao Enlightenment.
2. It ensures consistently high-quality effluent that meets National Standard A. With strong backwashing intensity and adjustable frequency, it effectively prevents the growth of green algae, avoiding clogging and hardening of the filter cloth.  
3. The fiber rotary filter operates at very low cost—advanced treatment per ton of water after biochemical processing costs only ¥0.004.  
4. The selected filter cloth is hydrophobic and resistant to clogging, with a filtration precision of 5µm.  
5. The influent weir is designed for low-disturbance energy dissipation. Filtration and backwashing occur simultaneously, with only 1% of a single disk area undergoing backwash at any moment, ensuring continuous operation and strong shock load resistance.  
6. The backwashing system is designed for low wear while maintaining effective filtration performance through deposited sludge.  
7. A PLC automatic control system with a touch screen displays operation status and time. It supports single or dual washing modes, with backwashing and sludge discharge intervals and duration controllable by liquid level or time. The system is highly automated and requires no full-time operator.  
8. The fiber rotary filter uses minimal mechanical equipment. Pumps and motors operate intermittently—the disk remains static during filtration and activates only during backwashing or sludge discharge. Filter cloth wear is minimal, and disk replacement is easy, taking just 10 minutes per disk.  
9. The system features low equipment idle rates and low total installed power.
