2. The Key Component: Release Mechanism of the Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The efficacy of releasing and utilizing the return water dissolved gas is pivotal to the sheer excellence of our air flotation system. Our top-tier flotation technology utilizes a high-efficiency gas dissolution and release apparatus. In this process, compressed air from the air compressor harmoniously merges and dissolves with the treated, pump-pressurized reflux within the dissolved gas tank, thereby producing pristine dissolved gas water. The gas tank's operational pressure is precisely calibrated at 2~3 kg/cm², ensuring the pinnacle of performance.
3. Air Floatation and Water Purification: A Harmonious Process
As the coagulated wastewater is introduced into the air float tank, the water-soluble tank gas water enters through the lower inlet and undergoes a spectacular pressure release. This rapid decompression liberates the air dissolved in the water, generating countless micro bubbles.
