Process of Fully Automatic Gas-Soluble Air Flotation Machine
1. Begin by elevating the wastewater to the air flotation reaction tank
Leverage the contact oxidation tank, equipped with a sophisticated pipe mixer at the inlet pipe. This innovative approach ensures that the liquid and wastewater are perfectly blended, promoting optimal polycoagulation. The coagulant is meticulously supplied through the dispensing device.
2. The release component of the reflux water-dissolved gas
The effectiveness of return water dissolved gas and release significantly influences the air flotation outcome. This advanced flotation mechanism employs a high-efficiency gas dissolution and release system. Compressed air from the air compressor thoroughly integrates and dissolves with the treated, pump-pressurized reflux in the dissolved gas tank, creating dissolved gas water. The tank operates under a pressure of 2 to 3 kg/cm², ensuring optimal performance.
3. Air Flotation and Water Purification Segment
Following the coagulation dosing, wastewater is introduced into the air flotation tank. When the water-soluble tank's gas water is subjected to sudden decompression at the lower inlet part, the air dissolved within rapidly releases countless micro-bubbles. As these micro-bubbles ascend, they bind to suspended particles, swiftly lifting and accumulating them at the surface. A specialized gas float scraper then effectively removes these suspended solids, directing them to the sludge pool, while treated water is discharged from the pool's bottom.
4. Electrical Control Segment
Once the automatic electrical control cabinet has been fine-tuned and installed, it allows for seamless, unmanned operation. It intelligently manages the functioning of the gas dissolved pump, fuel injector, and air compressor, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
