1. The Journey Begins: Lifting Wastewater to the Air Flotation Reaction Tank
Through the innovative contact oxidation tank, a sophisticated pipe mixer is strategically installed in the inlet pipe. This ingenious method ensures that the liquid and wastewater are thoroughly mixed, resulting in the production of polycoagulation. The coagulant agent is efficiently supplied through a state-of-the-art dispensing device.
2. The Art of Releasing: Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The release effectiveness of return water dissolved gas is pivotal to optimizing the air flotation process. This cutting-edge flotation machine employs a high-efficiency gas dissolution and release device, expertly mixing the compressed air from the air compressor with treated pump-pressurized reflux in the dissolved gas tank. This results in perfectly dissolved gas water, operating under a pressure of 2~3kg / cm2, ensuring optimal flotation results.
3. Air Flotation and Purification: A Revolution in Water Treatment
Upon dosing coagulation wastewater into the air float tank, the system injects water-soluble tank gas water at the lower inlet. Here, the dissolved gas undergoes a sudden decompression, causing the air to release a myriad of micro bubbles. These bubbles rise through the sewage, adhering to suspended particles, effectively lifting them to the surface. The upper gas float scraper then expertly removes these particles, transferring them to the sludge pool. Clean water flows out from the pool bottom, marking the completion of the purification process.
