II. Raw Materials
Leveraging the robust properties of high-modulus polypropylene, the QDPP equipment redefines performance in buried drainage and wastewater treatment scenarios. This exceptional material boasts an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, surpassing HDPE's 800 MPa, and significantly amplifying the product's ring stiffness, a true reflection of its unparalleled structural strength and durability.
Our premium polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless polymer celebrated for its lightweight nature and superior crystalline structure. With a minimal density of just 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, it is among the lightest of plastics. Its exceptional hydrophobic stability-with an absorption rate of a mere 0.01%-combined with a molecular weight between 80,000 to 150,000, ensures superior molding capabilities and a lustrous finish that exudes quality.
Polypropylene's extraordinary chemical stability equips it to withstand a wide spectrum of chemical agents. While resilient against many, it is vulnerable to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. It may soften when exposed to certain hydrocarbons, but its enhanced crystallinity ensures superior chemical resilience, making it the material of choice for corrosion-resistant chemical equipment and components.
This non-toxic, odorless polymer is renowned for its low density and exceptional mechanical properties. It boasts superior strength, rigidity, hardness, and thermal resistance compared to low-density polyethylene, maintaining performance even at temperatures around 100°C. Its impressive dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation remain unaffected by humidity, making it a versatile choice for a vast range of applications.

PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene, showcases a low melt flow rate and a refined crystalline structure due to β-modification. II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
