This endeavor has resulted in the creation of a comprehensive suite of sewage treatment solutions, precisely crafted to address the unique sewage conditions and discharge requirements of rural China. The series features the sophisticated Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, the adaptable Zhong Qiao Tank Vertical Tank A/B, and the ingenious Zhong Qiao Tank Hollow Tank.

II. Raw Materials

High-modulus polypropylene is the linchpin of our production process, offering unmatched advantages for underground drainage, sewage, and wastewater systems. This extraordinary material boasts an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, vastly surpassing the 800 MPa of standard HDPE. This formidable elastic modulus is crucial as it directly correlates with superior ring stiffness, ensuring our products' durability and reliability.
Polypropylene is a strikingly pristine, white polymer with high crystalline quality, non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless. With a density as light as (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), it stands among the lightest plastics. Its water stability is exceptional, with absorption at a mere 0.01%, and it features a molecular weight between 80,000 to 150,000. The material's excellent molding capabilities and glossy finish further enhance its allure.

Demonstrating remarkable chemical stability, polypropylene withstands a wide range of chemical agents, though it must be protected from concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. While its integrity may be compromised by low molecular weight hydrocarbons, its chemical stability is significantly amplified by increased crystallinity, making it an ideal choice for constructing diverse chemical apparatus and components requiring robust corrosion resistance.
Polypropylene's non-toxic, odor-free, and lightweight attributes are paired with its superior mechanical properties. It surpasses low-density polyethylene in strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance, performing effectively at temperatures nearing 100°C. Its outstanding dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation are unaffected by humidity, making it a versatile material selection.
Resilient against common acids, bases, and organic solvents, polypropylene is also perfect for crafting food utensils, ensuring safety and durability.
PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene with a low melt flow rate, undergoes β-modification to acquire a refined crystalline structure. This imparts it with exceptional chemical and high-temperature resistance, as well as remarkable creep resistance and impact durability, even at low temperatures.

III. Characteristics



1. Safety
 
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

2. Durability
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.

3. Economic Efficiency
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.

4. Corrosion Resistance


It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
