II. Raw Materials
Engineered with high-modulus polypropylene, our solution is the epitome of excellence for buried drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment applications. This premium material boasts an impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, a striking contrast to HDPE's 800 MPa, ensuring unparalleled ring stiffness and structural integrity.
Polypropylene stands as a paragon of non-toxicity, odorlessness, and tastelessness. This highly crystalline white polymer is renowned for its lightweight nature, with a density of just (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), ranking among the lightest of plastics. Its water stability is remarkable, with minimal absorption at 0.01%. Polypropylene's molecular weight ranges from 80,000 to 150,000, offering excellent molding capabilities and a smooth, glossy finish.
Celebrated for its chemical stability, polypropylene resists a wide spectrum of chemical agents, though it is vulnerable to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. Exposure to low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons may cause softening and swelling. Enhanced crystallinity bolsters its chemical stability, making it a prime choice for crafting durable chemical equipment and corrosion-resistant components.
Polypropylene's non-toxic, odorless, low-density profile is complemented by its superior strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance compared to low-density polyethylene. Its performance is steadfast at temperatures around 100°C. It excels in dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation, immune to humidity effects.
Resilient against common acids, bases, and organic solvents, polypropylene is ideal for food-related applications, ensuring safety and durability.
PPH, a high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolypropylene with β-modification, features a refined crystalline structure. It delivers remarkable chemical resistance, high-temperature endurance, superior creep resistance, and outstanding low-temperature impact resistance.
II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

V. Production Process
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is crafted through a state-of-the-art one-time forming and multi-layer winding production process. Wall thicknesses range from 10-80 mm, tailored to your specifications. Multiple winding allows the base layer to cool and crystallize fully, releasing internal stress. Reheated and refined, additional layers are meticulously wound. The precise number of layers and thickness are customized based on specific joint requirements and tank specifications.
VI. Welding Process
The external welding process is a marvel of modern engineering, utilizing state-of-the-art imported automatic extrusion welding machines. This advanced technology enables the formation of large, robust welds precisely in the areas of the tank that experience the highest stress, all completed in a single, seamless go. Employing new PPH pellets-carefully selected to match the tank material in nature-these elements are thermally fused at the weld seams. This creates a formidable and seamless union with the tank bottom and body, ensuring durability and strength.

Internal Welding
The internal welding procedure employs cutting-edge automatic long-arm extrusion welding technology, representing the pinnacle of precision in the welding process. New PPH pellets, perfectly matching the tank material, are expertly thermally fused at the internal weld seams, integrating seamlessly with the tank bottom and body. While the core principle mirrors that of external welding, the equipment used varies, reflecting the sophisticated nature of this crucial step.
