The visionary Zhong Qiao Enlightenment R&D team has superbly enhanced Western technological principles, skillfully addressing the unique challenges of sewage management in rural China. This innovative series includes the Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, the Zhong Qiao Tank Vertical Tank A/B, and the Zhong Qiao Tank Hollow Tank, each meticulously designed to meet specific sewage conditions and discharge standards.
II. Raw Materials
Harnessing the power of high-modulus polypropylene, this material stands out as the premier choice for buried drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment applications. It boasts an impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, surpassing the 800 MPa of HDPE, ensuring exceptional ring stiffness-a vital feature for robust product performance in demanding environments.
Polypropylene, a remarkable polymer, is non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, and highly crystalline, with an incredibly low density of just (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), making it one of the lightest plastics available. This material exhibits unparalleled stability in water, absorbing a minuscule 0.01%, and offers excellent molding properties, a smooth glossy finish, and a molecular weight ranging from 80,000 to 150,000.
This polymer also showcases outstanding chemical stability, resisting a wide range of chemical reagents. While vulnerable to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids, it can withstand low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Enhanced crystallinity further fortifies its chemical stability, making polypropylene an exemplary choice for durable, corrosion-resistant chemical equipment and components.
Non-toxic and odorless, polypropylene is characterized by its low density, superior strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance, outperforming low-density polyethylene. Usable at temperatures around 100°C, it also boasts excellent dielectric properties and reliable high-frequency insulation, unaffected by humidity.
Resilient against the effects of common acids, bases, and organic solvents, polypropylene is ideal for food utensil applications.
PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene with a refined crystalline structure achieved through β-modification, offers exceptional chemical resistance, high-temperature endurance, impressive creep resistance, and outstanding impact resistance under low-temperature conditions.
II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

V. Production Process
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment employs an advanced one-time forming and multiple winding production technique. The wall thickness is adjustable from 10 to 80 mm. This sophisticated process involves winding the base layer, ensuring full cooling and crystallization, followed by the release of internal stresses. Subsequent layers are expertly wound after reheating the surface, with the number and thickness of layers precisely determined by the tank's design and application requirements.
VI. Welding Process
External welding employs state-of-the-art imported automatic extrusion welding machines, mastering the creation of large, robust welds in the most stress-intensive areas of the tank with unparalleled precision. Utilizing premium new PPH pellets that mirror the tank's material, these seams undergo thermal fusion, forging an unbreakable bond with the tank's bottom and body, ensuring a unified structural strength.
