The upper part of UASB reactor is equipped with gas, solid and liquid three-phase separator, andthe lower part is sludae suspension laver area and sludae bed area, Wastewater is evenly pumped intosludge bed area from the bottom of the reactor and fully contacted with anaerobic sludge for reactionand organic matter is decomposed into biogas by anaerobic microorganisms.

The mixed liquid formed byliquid, gas and solid rises to the three-phase separator to make the three well separated, so that morethan 80% of the organic matter is transformed into biogas to complete the wastewater treatment pro-cess.

Suitable for high concentration organic wastewater, such as alcohol, molasses, citric acid andother wastewater;
