1. The wastewater is elegantly elevated to the air flotation reaction tank, where it begins a transformative journey of purification.
Passing through the contact oxidation tank, a strategically placed pipe mixer in the inlet pipe ensures the complete fusion of liquid and wastewater. This sophisticated method facilitates the wastewater's polycoagulation process, with the essential agent being supplied by an advanced dispensing device.
2. The Release Mechanism of the Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The return water dissolved gas and its release are pivotal to the efficacy of air flotation. This system employs a cutting-edge, energy-efficient gas dissolution and release device. Here, the air compressor's compressed air is meticulously mixed and dissolved with the pump-pressurized reflux in the dissolved gas tank to create dissolved gas water. The impressive working pressure of the gas tank is maintained at 2~3kg/cm².
3. Air Float and Water Purification Process
Upon dosing coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, the lower part of the inlet introduces water-soluble tank gas water. This ingenious system utilizes dissolved gas release, causing a sudden decompression. As a result, a plethora of microbubbles are released. These microbubbles bond with the suspended matter during their ascent, swiftly lifting all impurities to the surface. The upper gas float scraper then expertly removes these impurities, depositing them into the sludge pool, while purified water is efficiently discharged from the pool bottom.
4. Electrical Control Component
After thorough debugging and installation, the automatic electrical control cabinet allows for seamless, unmanned operation. It expertly manages the synchronized operation of the gas dissolved pump, fuel injector, and air compressor.
