I. Product Definition


Introducing the QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment, a marvel of modern engineering, crafted from advanced high-molecular materials. This single-piece tank, born from innovative molding techniques, exemplifies seamless design and functionality. The dedicated Zhong Qiao Enlightenment R&D team has ingeniously adapted and enhanced Western technologies to forge this remarkable tank. Tailored specifically to meet the diverse sewage conditions and stringent discharge standards across rural China, this cutting-edge series includes the Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, Zhong Qiao Tank Vertical Tank A/B, and Zhong Qiao Tank Hollow Tank.



II. Raw Materials

At the heart of this revolutionary product is the high-modulus polypropylene, a superior material ideal for subterranean drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment. Its exceptional properties, including an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, significantly outperform HDPE's 800 MPa. This critical feature ensures unparalleled ring stiffness, elevating the product's durability and performance.
Polypropylene stands out with its non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless attributes. This highly crystalline white polymer boasts a notably low density of just (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), ranking it among the lightest plastics. Its exceptional stability in water, evidenced by a mere 0.01% absorption rate, coupled with a molecular weight ranging between 80,000 to 150,000, offers excellent molding capabilities and a polished surface sheen.

Renowned for its outstanding chemical stability, polypropylene resists a vast array of chemical reagents, though it remains susceptible to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. Despite potential softening and swelling when exposed to low molecular weight aliphatic, aromatic, and chlorinated hydrocarbons, its stability improves with increased crystallinity, making it an ideal choice for crafting various chemical equipment and corrosion-resistant components.
Polypropylene, acclaimed for being non-toxic and odor-free, features a low density. It surpasses low-density polyethylene in strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance, and is operable at temperatures up to about 100°C. Additionally, it possesses remarkable dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation unaffected by humidity.
Resilient against common acids, bases, and organic solvents, this material is perfectly suited for use in food utensils, offering safety and reliability.
PPH, a high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolypropylene, enhanced through β-modification, features a refined crystalline structure. This grants it extraordinary chemical resistance, robust high-temperature tolerance, notable creep resistance, and remarkable impact resistance, particularly at low temperatures.

II. Characteristics



1. Safety
 
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

2. Durability
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.

3. Economic Efficiency
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.

4. Corrosion Resistance


It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

5. Flexible and Convenient Installation
Lightweight, easy to install and maintain, non-toxic, non-scaling, and non-contaminating. It is user-friendly, customizable according to customer needs, and allows for flexible overall installation.

V. Production Process
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment employs an advanced one-time forming and multi-layer winding production process. Featuring a wall thickness range of 10-80 mm, the innovative multiple winding technique involves initially creating the base layer, allowing it to cool and crystallize, thereby releasing internal stress. Subsequent layers are meticulously wound after reheating the base layer's surface. The number of winding layers and thickness are meticulously customized according to the tank's joint specifications and operational requirements.

VI. Welding Process

The external welding process is a marvel of modern engineering, employing state-of-the-art imported automatic extrusion welding machines. These machines are capable of executing large, robust welds in the areas of maximum stress on the tank in a single, seamless operation. By using new PPH pellets, which perfectly match the tank's material composition, the weld seams are thermally fused, creating an exceptionally strong and durable union with both the tank bottom and body, ensuring unparalleled structural integrity.
