Overview
The Biofilm Fiber Turntable Reactor (BFTR) is a new type of biological membrane reactor developed by Shandong Zhong Qiao Enlightenment Environmental Equipment Co., Ltd. It can consistently achieve the national Class A standard. This technology addresses key issues encountered with MBR processes in integrated systems, including significant flux decline, discrepancies between actual and designed flux, difficulties with backwashing and offline cleaning, and membrane fouling.
Product Features
Mature Technology: Developed through four years of experimental research and engineering practice by Zhong Qiao Enlightenment, resulting in a well-established technology.
Stable and High-Quality Effluent: The treated water meets the national Class A standard, with strong backwash intensity and adjustable frequency, preventing algae growth and avoiding clogging and compaction of the filter fabric.
Low Operating Cost: The operating cost for biochemical post-treatment of one ton of water is only 0.004 CNY (approximately 4 cents).
Hydrophobic Filter Fabric: Selected filter fabric is hydrophobic, minimizing clogging and achieving a filtration precision of up to 5 microns.
Energy-Efficient Inlet Weir Design: Reduces energy consumption and disturbance, with simultaneous filtration and backwashing. Only 1% of the pool area is involved in backwashing at any time, ensuring continuous filtration and strong resistance to shock loads.
Low-Wear Backwashing System: Designed for low wear, retaining effective filtration performance of accumulated sludge.
PLC Control System: Features a touch screen for displaying operational status and time. Supports single or dual washing modes and controls backwashing and sludge discharge intervals based on liquid level or time, with high automation and no need for dedicated supervision.
Minimal Mechanical Components: The system has fewer mechanical parts, with pumps and motors operating intermittently. The filter discs are stationary during filtration and only operate during backwashing or sludge discharge, resulting in minimal fabric wear and easy disc replacement, which takes about 10 minutes.
Low Idle Rate and Power Consumption: Typically, backwashing occurs every 60 minutes for 1 minute per disc,
keeping almost all discs in filtration mode and maintaining a low idle rate. The impact of pre-treatment system failures on the filter pool is minimal, and recovery is quick.
