Product Description
I. Product Definition
Discover the QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment-a marvel in modern sewage management. This innovative equipment, crafted entirely from cutting-edge high-molecular materials, transforms into a robust tank through advanced molding techniques. The creative minds at Zhong Qiao Enlightenment have ingeniously surpassed numerous design hurdles, enhancing Western methodologies to tailor solutions specifically for rural China's unique sewage scenarios and regulatory requirements. This has led to the creation of a versatile suite of integrated sewage treatment solutions, including: Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, Zhong Qiao Tank Vertical Tank A/B, and Zhong Qiao Tank Hollow Tank.
II. Raw Materials
Harness the power of high-modulus polypropylene-the apex of raw materials for underground drainage and sewage systems. Renowned for its exceptional properties, this material boasts an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, substantially outperforming HDPE's 800 MPa. The superior modulus translates directly to enhanced ring stiffness, ensuring remarkable durability and performance in demanding environments.
Polypropylene, an engineering marvel, is non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless, formed as a white crystalline polymer with remarkable lightness (density: 0.90-0.91 g/cm³). Its stability in water is unparalleled, absorbing a mere 0.01%. With a substantial molecular weight between 80,000 and 150,000, it excels in molding processes, delivering a polished, glossy finish.
Embrace the extraordinary chemical stability of polypropylene, which stands resilient against a myriad of chemical agents. While it is susceptible to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids, its increasing crystallinity enhances resistance, rendering it ideal for constructing chemical equipment with outstanding corrosion resistance.
Polypropylene, celebrated for its safety, combines non-toxicity, odorlessness, and low density with superior mechanical properties. Its strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance surpass those of low-density polyethylene, thriving at temperatures up to 100°C. The material also enjoys excellent dielectric properties, providing reliable insulation unaffected by humidity.
With its remarkable resistance to common acids, bases, and organic solvents, polypropylene stands as a preferred choice for manufacturing food utensils, ensuring safety and durability.
PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene, is enhanced by β-modification for a refined crystalline structure. This modification bestows exceptional chemical and high-temperature resistance, alongside remarkable creep resistance and superior impact resilience at low temperatures.
II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
5. Flexible and Convenient Installation Lightweight, easy to install and maintain, non-toxic, non-scaling, and non-contaminating. It is user-friendly, customizable according to customer needs, and allows for flexible overall installation. 6. Wide Application Range |
Perfect for industries such as wastewater treatment,
air pollution control, lithium battery new energy, chemical, metallurgy, electroplating,
chemical fiber, dyeing, environmental protection, petroleum, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, oils, light industry, acid production, acid washing, and
battery materials.
IV. Structural Appearance
Main Equipment Color: Delight in the sleek, standard light gray, with the option for custom hues to suit your project's aesthetic needs.
Equipment Structure: Choose between the robust solid wall structure or the innovative hollow structure, crafted to meet various functional demands.
V. Production Process
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is a testament to advanced manufacturing, utilizing a one-time forming and multi-layer winding process. The equipment boasts a versatile wall thickness ranging from 10-80 mm. The multi-layer winding begins with the base layer, allowing it to fully cool and crystallize, releasing any internal stress. Subsequent layers are then meticulously wound after reheating the base, with layer count and thickness tailored to the tank's specifications and requirements.
VI. Welding Process
Our external welding process harnesses the precision of cutting-edge imported automatic extrusion welding machines, creating robust, large welds in the tank's high-stress zones in a single operation. By thermally fusing new PPH pellets, which share identical properties with the tank material, we ensure a seamless, sturdy bond with the tank's bottom and body.
Key Product Characteristics:
1. Our process is characterized by a high degree of mechanization and automation, guaranteeing consistent and superior product quality.
2. Weld seams are meticulously designed in accordance with the product's stress profiles, enhancing their structural integrity to the fullest.
3. The result is outstanding product cohesion, with welds seamlessly integrated into the tank structure, delivering superior corrosion resistance and leak-proof reliability.
4. Our seams exhibit minimal flash and boast a smooth, visually appealing finish.
5. We incorporate UV absorbers into our PPH pellets, effectively preventing aging and significantly prolonging the product's service life.
Internal Welding Process
Our internal welding employs sophisticated automatic long-arm extrusion welding technology, a pivotal step in our manufacturing process. By thermally fusing new PPH pellets, identical to the tank material, at internal weld seams, we achieve integration with the tank's bottom and body, akin to the external welding principle but utilizing distinct equipment.
Distinctive Features:
1. The internal process is highly mechanized and automated, ensuring reliable and consistent product quality with each unit produced.
2. Internal weld seams are strategically designed based on stress characteristics, maximizing the integrity and resilience of the composite structure.
3. This process results in exceptional structural integrity, with welds becoming an essential part of the tank, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance and leak-proof performance.
4. Seams are crafted with reduced flash, offering a sleek and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
5. Our PPH pellets are enriched with UV absorbers to combat aging, thereby extending the longevity of our products.
