II. Superior Raw Materials
The selection of high-modulus polypropylene is essential for subterranean drainage and wastewater applications. With an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, it dramatically outperforms HDPE's 800 MPa, ensuring unrivaled ring stiffness and structural integrity, which are crucial for high-performance scenarios.
Polypropylene stands out with its non-toxic, odorless, and highly crystalline characteristics, offering an extremely lightweight density (0.90-0.91 g/cm³). Its water stability is exceptional, with a minimal absorption rate of 0.01%. Featuring a molecular weight range of 80,000 to 150,000, polypropylene provides superior molding capabilities and a glossy finish.
Displaying remarkable chemical stability, polypropylene withstands many chemicals, though it may be affected by concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. It can also react with certain hydrocarbons. Enhanced crystallinity boosts its chemical resistance, making it a prime choice for creating durable, corrosion-resistant components.
Non-toxic and scent-free, polypropylene excels in strength, stiffness, and heat resistance compared to low-density polyethylene, performing optimally at elevated temperatures close to 100°C. Additionally, it boasts excellent dielectric qualities and offers moisture-independent high-frequency insulation.
Polypropylene's wide resistance to common acids, bases, and organic solvents makes it ideal for use in food-grade utensil manufacturing.
PPH, a high molecular weight, low melt flow homopolypropylene, benefits from β-modification, which enhances its fine crystalline structure. This results in superior chemical and temperature resistance, creep resistance, and resilience to low-temperature impacts.

The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.

It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
