Product Description
I. Product Definition
The remarkable QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment, crafted from innovative high-molecular materials, stands out with its pioneering single-piece mold design, resembling a robust tank. The dedicated Zhong Qiao Enlightenment R&D team has brilliantly tackled the complexities of this tank design, expertly refining Western technologies. Tailored to address the distinct sewage conditions and discharge standards prevalent in rural China, this state-of-the-art series includes the Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, the Vertical Tank A/B, and the ingenious Hollow Tank.
II. Raw Materials
Our premium high-modulus polypropylene is the material of choice, revered for its unparalleled suitability in buried drainage and wastewater treatment applications. It boasts an impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, significantly surpassing the 800 MPa of standard HDPE. This superior modulus is a key determinant of the product's enhanced ring stiffness, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
Polypropylene, a marvel in the realm of polymers, is non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless, characterized by its white, highly crystalline nature. With a remarkably low density of only 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, it ranks among the lightest plastics. Its stability in water is exceptional, with an absorption rate of just 0.01%. Additionally, it boasts a molecular weight of approximately 80,000 to 150,000, alongside excellent molding properties and a lustrous finish.
Polypropylene exhibits outstanding chemical stability, showcasing resilience against a variety of chemical reagents. While it can be affected by concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids, its resistance is bolstered by increased crystallinity, making it an ideal material for crafting chemical equipment and components with superb corrosion resistance. However, it may soften when exposed to certain hydrocarbons.
This extraordinary material is non-toxic, odorless, and features low density. Compared to low-density polyethylene, polypropylene offers superior strength, stiffness, and heat resistance-capable of withstanding temperatures around 100°C. Moreover, it boasts excellent dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation, unaffected by humidity.
Common acids, bases, and organic solvents have negligible impact on polypropylene, rendering it perfectly suited for usage in food utensils and other applications demanding chemical resistance.
PPH, a high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolypropylene, undergoes β-modification to form a fine crystalline structure. This process imparts remarkable chemical and high-temperature resistance, as well as superior creep resistance. Its outstanding impact resistance remains unwavering even at low temperatures.
II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
5. Flexible and Convenient Installation Lightweight, easy to install and maintain, non-toxic, non-scaling, and non-contaminating. It is user-friendly, customizable according to customer needs, and allows for flexible overall installation. 6. Wide Application Range |
Our equipment is ideally suited for industries that require impeccable safety standards, such as wastewater treatment,
air pollution control, lithium battery new energy, and diverse sectors like chemical, metallurgy, electroplating,
chemical fiber, dyeing, environmental protection, petroleum, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, oils, and light industry, along with acid production, acid washing, and
battery materials, offering reliable safety and performance.
IV. Structural Appearance
Main Equipment Color: Elegantly finished in a light gray hue, with the option for exquisite custom colors upon request to suit distinct preferences.
Equipment Structure: Skillfully engineered to offer either a solid wall or an innovative hollow structure, catering to diverse needs.
V. Production Process
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is masterfully produced using a groundbreaking one-time forming process combined with sophisticated multiple winding techniques. Wall thicknesses range from 10-80 mm, offering versatility. The multiple winding process entails initial base layer winding, cooling, and full crystallization, followed by stress release. After reheating, additional layers are meticulously wound, with the number and thickness of layers tailored to the specific joint and requirements of the tank.
VI. Welding Process
Crafted with precision, our external welding process employs state-of-the-art imported automatic extrusion welding machines. This advanced technology seamlessly creates robust, expansive welds in areas of maximum stress on the tank. Utilizing premium-grade PPH pellets that perfectly match the tank's composition, these seams are thermally bonded, ensuring a firm, cohesive structure with both the tank's bottom and body.
