Process of Fully Automatic Gas-Soluble Gas Flotation Machine
1. The wastewater gracefully ascends to the air flotation reaction tank, ready to undergo a transformative treatment.
Through the innovative contact oxidation tank, complemented by a precision pipe mixer in the inlet pipe, this ingenious method ensures that liquid and wastewater are thoroughly blended, promoting an enhanced polycoagulation of the wastewater. The agent, meticulously supplied by the dispensing device, orchestrates this seamless integration.
2. The release marvel of the reflux water-dissolved gas
Return water dissolved gas and its release prowess stand as pivotal elements influencing the air flotation effect. This cutting-edge flotation leverages a high and energy-efficient gas dissolution and release device. Here, compressed air from the air compressor is expertly intertwined and dissolved with the treated, pump-pressurized reflux in the dissolved gas tank, resulting in the formation of pristine dissolved gas water. The gas tank operates under a robust working pressure of 2~3 kg/cm².
3. Air Float and Water Purification Excellence
Upon dosing coagulation wastewater into the air float tank, the water-soluble tank gas water undergoes a remarkable transformation at the lower inlet. The dissolved gas, upon sudden depressurization, releases an abundance of micro bubbles. These micro bubbles, during their ascent in the sewage, exhibit aggregation with suspended matter. The micro bubbles adhere swiftly to suspended particles, causing them to float to the surface. The expertly designed upper gas float scraper then elegantly scrapes and discharges them into the sludge pool, with treated water seamlessly exiting from the pool's bottom.
