Empowered by the robust strength of high-modulus polypropylene, the QDPP equipment is engineered for peak performance in subterranean drainage and wastewater treatment applications. This remarkable material, boasting an impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, far exceeds HDPE's 800 MPa, significantly enhancing the product's ring stiffness. This stands as a testament to its unmatched structural integrity and durability.
Our polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless polymer, celebrated for its lightweight nature and superior crystalline structure. With an exceptionally low density of only 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, it is one of the lightest plastics available. Its extraordinary stability in water, with an absorption rate of a mere 0.01%, coupled with a molecular weight ranging between 80,000 to 150,000, ensures superior molding capabilities and a lustrous, appealing finish.

Polypropylene's exceptional chemical stability renders it resilient against a broad spectrum of chemical agents. Although it withstands many, it is vulnerable to erosion by concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. It may soften in the presence of certain hydrocarbons, but its heightened crystallinity ensures improved chemical stability, making it an ideal choice for corrosion-resistant chemical equipment and components.
This non-toxic, odor-free polymer is distinguished for its low density and outstanding mechanical properties. It excels in strength, rigidity, hardness, and thermal resistance compared to low-density polyethylene, maintaining its functionality at temperatures around 100°C. Its impressive dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation are unaffected by humidity, positioning it as a versatile choice for numerous applications across industries.
Its resilience against common acids, bases, and organic solvents makes polypropylene an exceptional material of choice for food utensils and other applications demanding robust chemical resistance.
PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene, features a low melt flow rate and refined crystalline structure through β-modification. 1. Safety
 

The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

2. Durability

The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.

3. Economic Efficiency

The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.

4. Corrosion Resistance


It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
