Process of Fully Automatic Gas-Soluble Gas Flotation Machine
1. The wastewater is carefully lifted to the state-of-the-art air flotation reaction tank.
Incorporating the contact oxidation tank, an expertly positioned pipe mixer is seamlessly installed within the inlet pipe. This innovative approach ensures that the liquid and wastewater are thoroughly and optimally mixed, resulting in the wastewater undergoing a sophisticated polycoagulation process. The agent is meticulously delivered by the advanced dispensing device.
2. The Release Mechanism of the Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The return water dissolved gas and its optimal release effect are pivotal elements impacting the air flotation performance. This cutting-edge flotation system employs a highly efficient gas dissolution and release device. With precision, the compressed air from the air compressor is perfectly mixed and dissolved with the treated pump-pressurized reflux within the dissolved gas tank, forming superior dissolved gas water. The operational pressure of the gas tank is maintained between 2~3 kg/cm², ensuring exceptional results.
3. Air Flotation and Water Purification Section
Upon dosing coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, the water-soluble tank gas water at the lower inlet undergoes sudden decompression, prompting the air dissolved in the water to release numerous microbubbles. These microbubbles ascend within the sewage, adhering to suspended particles, swiftly rising to the surface. As they float, all suspended matter is effectively brought to the surface where the upper gas float scraper efficiently collects and discharges it into the sludge pool. The pool bottom then releases treated water, completing the purification process expertly.
4. Advanced Electrical Control Segment
