Process of Fully Automatic Gas-Soluble Air Flotation Machine
1. First, the wastewater is gently elevated into the sophisticated air flotation reaction tank.
In this stage, the wastewater flows through a contact oxidation tank, enhanced by a precision pipe mixer ingeniously installed in the inlet. This superior method ensures the liquid and wastewater are seamlessly blended, promoting the production of polycoagulation. The essential agent is adeptly supplied by the high-efficiency dispensing device.
2. The Release Segment of Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
Reflux water dissolved gas and its impeccable release performance are critical components that determine the effectiveness of air flotation. This state-of-the-art flotation system is equipped with an exceptionally high and energy-efficient gas dissolution and release device. Here, the compressed air produced by the air compressor is meticulously combined and dissolved with the treated, pump-pressurized reflux water in the dissolved gas tank, forming a superior dissolved gas water. The operational pressure in the gas tank is maintained at a precise 2~3 kg/cm².
3. Air Floatation and Water Purification Process
Upon introducing the coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, the water-soluble tank releases dissolved gas from the lower inlet. The subsequent rapid decompression causes the air dissolved in the water to erupt into a multitude of tiny microbubbles. These microbubbles ascend through the wastewater, adhering to suspended particulates, swiftly lifting them to the surface. This results in all suspended matter being elegantly elevated. The upper gas float scraper then efficiently collects these particulates, directing them to the sludge pool, while the treated water gracefully exits from the pool's base.
