With the growth of the economy and population, environmental pollution has increasingly gained attention. Based on the operational experience of domestic and international sewage treatment devices, combined with our own research achievements and

engineering practices, we have designed a complete set of organic wastewater treatment equipment that can be buried underground. This equipment utilizes advanced technologies and production techniques from both domestic and international sources and is manufactured using materials such as fiberglass, carbon steel, and stainless steel.

The primary purpose is to treat domestic sewage and similar industrial organic wastewater to meet the required discharge standards.
This equipment is mainly used for treating domestic sewage from residential areas (including villa communities), high-end hotels, hospitals, office buildings, and various public buildings. The effluent quality after treatment with this equipment meets national discharge standards.
The entire set of equipment can be buried underground, hence it is also known as "submerged domestic sewage treatment equipment."

Our company's submerged sewage treatment equipment adopts advanced international biological treatment processes, effectively removing BOD5, COD, and NH3-N. It has stable and reliable technical performance, good treatment effect, low investment, small footprint, and easy maintenance. VI. Product Features
1. The equipment is buried below the ground surface, allowing the surface area above the equipment to be used for landscaping or other purposes. No building construction or heating/insulation is required.
2. Biological Treatment Process: The system uses a flow-through biological contact oxidation process, which is superior to completely mixed or secondary series completely mixed biological contact oxidation tanks. It has a smaller volume compared to activated sludge tanks, high adaptability to water quality, good shock load resistance, stable effluent quality, and no sludge bulking. The system features new composite fillers with a large specific surface area, facilitating microbial biofilm formation and detachment. Under the same organic load conditions, it achieves a high organic removal rate and enhances the oxygen dissolution in the water.
3. The biochemical tank utilizes a biological contact oxidation method with a low volumetric load for the filler. The microorganisms are in a self-oxidizing state, resulting in low sludge production. Sludge needs to be removed only once every three months (90 days) through suction (with a manure truck) or dewatering into sludge cakes for external transport.
4. Odor Control: In addition to conventional high-altitude exhaust for odor removal, the equipment is also equipped with soil deodorization measures.
5. Control and Maintenance: The entire system is equipped with a fully automated electrical control system and equipment failure alarm system. It operates safely and reliably, generally requiring no dedicated personnel for management, only regular maintenance and upkeep.

Dual Recycle Systems: Equipped with both mixed liquid recirculation and sludge recirculation systems, allowing autonomous adjustment of recirculation rates based on water quality changes. The mixed liquid recirculation facilitates denitrification, while the sludge recirculation ensures adequate microbial population, ensuring stable operation.
Durable Materials: The shell is made from carbon steel, stainless steel, or fiberglass. Carbon steel is protected with epoxy coal tar pitch for corrosion resistance.
Reinforced Design: Internally reinforced and can be buried up to 2 meters deep or used above ground.
Efficient Distribution: Each compartment includes a water distribution system with no short-circuiting, achieving up to 89.8% tank utilization, 15%-30% higher than systems without or with conventional water distribution.
Specialized Aeration: Features a custom micro-hole aeration device that prevents clogging and ensures thorough mixing of wastewater, activated sludge, and dissolved oxygen, significantly enhancing oxygen transfer efficiency and microbial activity.
Advanced Fillers: Utilizes functional, bio-compatible composite fillers that allow rapid biofilm formation, fast microbial growth, and high activity, resulting in superior effluent quality.
