Founded in 2013, Shandong Zhong Qiao Enlightenment Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise that integrates technology research and development, project design, equipment manufacturing, engineering installation, commissioning, operation, and technical consulting services.
The company mainly customizes high-end integrated sewage treatment equipment, air flotation machines, and non-standard sewage treatment equipment. The production workshop covers an area of 40,000 square meters and is equipped with large bending machines, shearing machines, rolling machines, laser cutting and blanking machines, automatic welding, and other production machinery. It also has high-end technical talents such as process designers, industrial designers, mechanical engineers, and environmental engineers.
Over the years, it has been dedicated to research, innovation, and deep cultivation of integrated sewage treatment equipment, pursuing excellence and promoting the progress of water treatment technology and the manufacturing industry. Core products such as Zhong Qiao Box, Zhong Qiao Tank, MBBR Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment, and QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment have been launched successively.
Zhong Qiao Enlightenment (Shandong) New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary, mainly processes PP material equipment. It has invested in a one-piece PP new material tank production line, MBBR production line, PP welding rod production line, and is equipped with large automatic welding horizontal welders, automatic welding vertical welders, large engraving machines, bending machines, spot welding machines, blanking machines, and other processing equipment for new plastic products. Based on the characteristics of new material tanks and process improvements, and using self-produced MBBR fillers, new products such as Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B and Zhong Qiao Tank Vertical Tank A/B have been launched.
The company has strong technical and production capabilities, as well as a team of dedicated water treatment professionals. It holds a Class II qualification for professional contracting of environmental protection engineering, a safety production license, more than 50 utility model patents, 13 invention patents, and 1 international invention patent, 27 software copyrights, and has passed the CEP certification of the China Environmental Protection Association and the three-system certification.
