II. Raw Materials
High-modulus polypropylene serves as the cornerstone of our fabrication process, offering unparalleled advantages for underground drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment systems. This remarkable material boasts an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, significantly outstripping the 800 MPa of conventional HDPE. Such a robust elastic modulus is pivotal as it directly correlates with enhanced ring stiffness, ensuring the durability and reliability of our products.
Polypropylene stands out as a pristine, white polymer of high crystalline quality, characterized by its non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless nature. With a feather-light density of merely (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), it ranks among the most lightweight plastics available. Its water stability is impressive, with absorption at a mere 0.01%, and it features a molecular weight ranging between 80,000 to 150,000. The material's superb molding capabilities and glossy finish further amplify its appeal.
Showcasing remarkable chemical stability, polypropylene is resilient against a broad spectrum of chemical agents, although it must be shielded from concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. Its integrity may be compromised by low molecular weight hydrocarbons, yet its chemical stability is significantly bolstered by increased crystallinity. This makes it an ideal candidate for constructing diverse chemical apparatus and components that require robust corrosion resistance.
Polypropylene's non-toxic, odor-free, and lightweight characteristics are complemented by its superior mechanical properties. PPH, a high molecular weight homopolypropylene with a low melt flow rate, undergoes β-modification to achieve a refined crystalline structure. This endows it with exceptional chemical and high-temperature resistance, along with remarkable creep resistance and impact durability even at low temperatures.
III. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

Our QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is crafted using a state-of-the-art one-time forming and multi-winding production technique. The wall thickness is carefully adjustable, ranging from 10 to 80 mm, to cater to diverse application needs. The sophisticated multi-winding approach involves initially winding the base layer, followed by cooling and full crystallization to release internal stresses. Subsequent to reheating the base surface, additional layers are meticulously wound, with the number and thickness tailored to the tank's specific joints and functional requirements.
