II. Raw Materials
Our selection of high-modulus polypropylene sets a new standard in sewage treatment. This material, with an impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, surpasses the common HDPE, offering only 800 MPa. This critical feature enhances the product's ring stiffness, ensuring robust performance in buried drainage and wastewater applications.
Polypropylene stands out as a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless marvel. Its highly crystalline structure and density of just (0.90-0.91 g/cm³) make it one of the lightest, most efficient plastics available. With minimal water absorption and a molecular weight of 80,000 to 150,000, it promises outstanding molding capabilities and a sleek finish.
Known for its excellent chemical stability, polypropylene resists a multitude of chemical reagents. Its resilience is only challenged by concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. Enhanced crystallinity further boosts its stability, making it the ideal choice for crafting durable chemical equipment and components with superior resistance to corrosion.
Renowned for being non-toxic and odorless, polypropylene exhibits remarkable strength and heat resistance, outperforming low-density polyethylene. The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
