Introduction of the processing process and the equipment

1.The inclined tube sedimentation tank

The inclined tube sedimentation tank is the pretreatment unit in this project. Its main function is to remove most of the suspended matter and some organic matter in the sewage through the principle of gravity settlement.

The inclined tube sedimentation tank design uses a special inclined tube structure, which increases the precipitation area and improves the precipitation efficiency.

At the same time, the inclination Angle and spacing of the inclined pipe are optimized for design, so that the sewage can form a stable precipitation layer when flowing through the inclined pipe, so as to effectively remove the impurities in the sewage.


2. Integrated sewage treatment equipment

Integrated sewage treatment equipment is the core treatment unit of the project, which integrates biological treatment, physical and chemical treatment and other processes. The equipment adopts advanced biofilm technology to remove the organic matter and ammonia nitrogen in sewage through the degradation of microorganisms.

At the same time, the equipment is also equipped with a physical and chemical treatment unit, which further removes heavy metal ions through chemical precipitation, adsorption and other refractory substances in sewage. The integrated sewage treatment equipment has a compact design, a small area, stable operation and convenient maintenance, which is very suitable for the use of remote areas such as mines.




3. Mechanical filter

As the deep treatment unit of the project, the main function of the mechanical filter is to remove the small suspended solids and colloidal substances in the sewage, and further improve the effluent water quality. The project uses two mechanical filters, one is precision filter, mainly used to remove small particles in sewage; the other is activated carbon filter, to remove the odor and color in sewage through the adsorption of activated carbon. The series use of two mechanical filters ensures the stability and standard of the effluent quality.
