II. Raw Materials

Our equipment's foundation lies in the robust high-modulus polypropylene, a superior choice for subsurface drainage and wastewater management. Known for its exceptional properties, this material boasts an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, outclassing HDPE, which stands at 800 MPa. The significance of the elastic modulus lies in its direct impact on the product's ring stiffness; a crucial factor ensuring our equipment stands resilient and steadfast.
Polypropylene is a marvel of modern materials - non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless. This highly crystalline polymer is feather-light with a density of merely (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), earning it a place among the lightest plastics. Its water stability is unparalleled, with an absorption rate of just 0.01%, and its molecular weight ranges from 80,000 to 150,000. Its excellent molding capabilities yield a lustrous surface, making it a highly attractive choice for precision applications.

Renowned for its exceptional chemical stability, polypropylene withstands an array of chemical reagents. Although susceptible to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids, it maintains its integrity when exposed to low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. As crystallinity increases, so does its chemical stability, rendering it ideal for crafting robust components and equipment that demand high corrosion resistance.
With its non-toxic, odorless nature and low density, polypropylene surpasses low-density polyethylene with superior strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance, performing reliably at temperatures around 100°C. Its dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation remain unaffected by humidity, making it a versatile material across various applications.
Remarkably resistant to common acids, bases, and organic solvents, polypropylene is perfectly suited for use in food utensils, ensuring safety and reliability in everyday items.
PPH, a high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolypropylene, shines with its β-modified fine crystalline structure. This enhances its chemical resistance, high-temperature resilience, excellent creep resistance, and outstanding impact resistance even at low temperatures, offering unmatched performance across demanding scenarios.



II. Characteristics



1. Safety
 

The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

2. Durability

The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.

3. Economic Efficiency

The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.

4. Corrosion Resistance


It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

Our QDPP equipment is crafted through an advanced one-time forming and multi-layer winding production process, with wall thicknesses ranging from 10-80 mm. This technique begins with winding the foundational layer, allowing it to cool and crystallize thoroughly, and releasing internal stresses. Subsequent layers are meticulously wound after reheating the base layer's surface. The thickness and number of layers are tailored to meet the specific requirements of each tank's application, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

VI. Welding Process

Employing cutting-edge imported automatic extrusion welding machines, our external welding process ensures seamless and robust integration in high-stress areas of the tank. By utilizing pristine PPH pellets that match the tank's core material, we achieve a thermal fusion at the weld seams that not only fortifies but also harmonizes with the tank's structure, delivering unparalleled strength and unity between the tank bottom and body.

While the principle mirrors that of external welding, it utilizes specialized equipment for precise execution.
