Process of Fully Automatic Gas-Soluble Air Flotation Machine
1. Elevating wastewater to the air flotation reaction tank.
Through the contact oxidation tank, a state-of-the-art pipe mixer is strategically installed in the inlet pipe. This innovative method ensures that the liquid and wastewater are thoroughly combined, promoting enhanced polycoagulation in the wastewater. The agent is efficiently supplied by the dispensing device.
2. Releasing the reflux water-dissolved gas.
The return water dissolved gas and its release effect are paramount in influencing the air flotation efficacy. This exemplary flotation system employs a high-efficiency gas dissolution and release device. The compressed air from the air compressor is meticulously mixed and dissolved with the treated, pump-pressurized reflux within the dissolved gas tank, crafting the optimal dissolved gas water. The gas tank operates under a working pressure of 2~3 kg/cm², ensuring peak performance.
3. Air flotation and water purification section.
Upon dosing the coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, the ingenious release of water-soluble tank gas occurs at the lower inlet part through sudden decompression. This causes the air dissolved in the water to liberate a multitude of micro bubbles. As these micro bubbles ascend through the sewage, they adhere to the suspended particles, swiftly elevating them to the surface. Consequently, all suspended matter in the sewage floats to the top, where the advanced upper gas float scraper efficiently removes it. The matter is then redirected to the sludge pool, while the treated water is discharged from the pool bottom.
4. Electrical control section.
