1. The journey begins as wastewater is expertly lifted to the state-of-the-art air flotation reaction tank.
Through the advanced contact oxidation tank, a cutting-edge pipe mixer is strategically installed in the inlet pipe. This ingenious method ensures that the liquid and wastewater achieve a perfect blend, resulting in enhanced polycoagulation. The coagulant agent is meticulously supplied by a sophisticated dispensing device to facilitate this process.
2. The pivotal release mechanism of the reflux water-dissolved gas
The return water dissolved gas and its release efficacy are the cornerstone factors influencing the effectiveness of the air flotation process. This equipment boasts a highly efficient gas dissolution and release system. Compressed air from the air compressor seamlessly integrates and dissolves with the pump-pressurized reflux water in the dissolved gas tank, forming high-quality dissolved gas water. The system operates under a working pressure of 2~3kg/cm², ensuring optimal performance.
3. Air Flotation and Water Purification Segment
Upon dosing coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, the strategically positioned water-soluble tank gas water is released through the inlet, triggering sudden decompression. This leads the dissolved air to release a profusion of micro bubbles. These bubbles, during their ascent, adhere to suspended contaminants, causing them to swiftly float to the surface. The upper gas float scraper elegantly removes these floaters, directing them to the sludge pool, while treated water is efficiently discharged from the pool's base.
