II. Raw Materials

Harnessing the power of high-modulus polypropylene, our equipment stands out as the premier choice for buried drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment solutions. This exceptional material boasts an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, significantly surpassing HDPE's 800 MPa, resulting in superior ring stiffness and unparalleled durability. Its high elastic modulus is key to the product's remarkable structural integrity, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Polypropylene is a remarkable non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless polymer, offering a high degree of crystallinity with a feather-light density of merely 0.90-0.91 g/cm³. As one of the lightest plastics available, it excels in water stability with an absorption rate of just 0.01%. With molecular weights ranging between 80,000 to 150,000, polypropylene effortlessly achieves excellent molding and a lustrous finish, enhancing its appeal and functionality.

With outstanding chemical stability, polypropylene resists a broad spectrum of chemical reagents, though it can be vulnerable to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. It may soften upon exposure to certain hydrocarbons, but its enhanced crystallinity boosts its resilience, making it ideal for crafting chemical equipment and components with robust corrosion resistance.
Boasting non-toxicity and a pleasant absence of odor, polypropylene's commendably low density pairs with its impressive strength, stiffness, and thermal endurance, outperforming low-density polyethylene. Capable of withstanding temperatures around 100°C, it maintains excellent dielectric and high-frequency insulation properties, unaffected by humidity, for versatile applications.
Widely compatible with common acids, bases, and organic solvents, this material proves perfect for manufacturing food-grade utensils, offering reliability and safety.
PPH represents an advanced high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolypropylene, enriched through β-modification to achieve a refined crystalline structure. This results in remarkable chemical and high-temperature resistance, impressive creep resistance, and formidable impact resistance in low-temperature conditions.

II. Characteristics



1. Safety
 
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

2. Durability
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.

3. Economic Efficiency
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.

4. Corrosion Resistance


It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

V. Production Process
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment's fabrication process is a marvel of efficiency, employing a one-time forming technique coupled with intricate multiple winding processes. Wall thickness ranges from 10-80 mm, ensuring adaptability. The sophisticated multiple winding includes winding the robust base layer, followed by a complete cooling and crystallization phase to mitigate internal stress. Subsequently, the base layer is reheated for additional layering. The number of winding layers and their thickness are meticulously adjusted according to the tank's design and specific requirements.

VI. Welding Process

External welding employs state-of-the-art imported automatic extrusion welding machines, executing single-pass, substantial welds at the tank's most critical stress points. Utilizing newly developed PPH pellets with properties identical to the tank's material, these are thermally bonded at the weld seams, resulting in an extraordinarily robust and seamless fusion with the tank's base and body.
