This extraordinary material, with an exceptional elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, significantly surpasses HDPE's 800 MPa, markedly enhancing the product's ring stiffness. Our non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless polypropylene polymer is celebrated for its lightweight and superior crystalline structure. With an exceptionally low density of 0.90-0.91 g/cm³, it's among the lightest plastics available. Its remarkable stability in water, with an absorption rate of merely 0.01%, combined with a molecular weight of 80,000 to 150,000, ensures exceptional molding capabilities and a radiant, attractive finish.
Polypropylene's outstanding chemical stability makes it resilient to a wide array of chemical agents. Although it withstands many, it is vulnerable to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. It may soften in some hydrocarbons, but its heightened crystallinity provides superior chemical stability, making it ideal for corrosion-resistant chemical equipment and components.
This non-toxic, odorless polymer is renowned for its low density and exceptional mechanical properties, excelling in strength, rigidity, hardness, and thermal resistance compared to low-density polyethylene. It maintains functionality at temperatures around 100°C and boasts impressive dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation unaffected by humidity, making it a versatile choice for numerous industrial applications.

1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.

It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
