Process of Fully Automatic Gas-Soluble Air Flotation Machinery
1. The journey begins as the wastewater is gracefully lifted into the air flotation reaction tank, setting the stage for a transformative purification process.
Through the innovative contact oxidation tank, a strategically installed pipe mixer within the inlet pipe ensures that the liquid and wastewater achieve a seamless blend. This harmonious mix facilitates the formation of polycoagulation in the wastewater. The coagulant agent is meticulously supplied by the state-of-the-art dispensing device, optimizing the treatment efficacy.
2. The crucial release mechanism of the reflux water-dissolved gas
The performance of return water dissolved gas and release is pivotal to the air flotation success. This advanced system employs a high-efficiency gas dissolution and release device, where compressed air from the air compressor merges flawlessly with the pump-pressurized reflux within the dissolved gas tank, crafting the perfect dissolved gas water. Operational excellence is achieved with a working pressure of 2~3kg/cm² in the gas tank.
3. Air Flotation and Water Purification Segment
Upon introducing dosed coagulation wastewater into the air float tank, the magic unfolds as the water-soluble tank gas water in the lower inlet undergoes sudden decompression, liberating a plethora of micro-bubbles. As these micro-bubbles ascend, they adhere to suspended particles, swiftly causing them to rise. This process ensures that all suspended matter gracefully floats to the surface. The upper gas float scraper then deftly removes them, directing the waste into the sludge pool, while the pristine treated water is released from the pool's bottom.
4. Electrical Control Component
With an automatic electrical control cabinet, post-installation and debugging, the system operates seamlessly without human intervention. The cabinet orchestrates the operation of the gas dissolved pump, fuel injector, and air compressor, ensuring precision and efficiency throughout.
