The process facilitates the wastewater in achieving polycoagulation, with the essential agent deftly supplied by the dispensing device.
2. The strategic release segment of the reflux water-dissolved gas.
The exceptional return water dissolved gas and its release effect are pivotal in influencing the performance of air flotation. This state-of-the-art flotation system employs a high-efficiency and energy-conserving gas dissolution and release device, where the air compressor's compressed air is thoroughly merged and dissolved with the pump-pressurized treated reflux in the dissolved gas tank, creating the vital dissolved gas water. The operational pressure inside the gas tank is maintained at an optimal 2~3kg/cm².
3. Air Float and Water Purification Segment
Upon dosing coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, the water-soluble tank gas water is introduced at the inlet's lower section.
