1. Initial Stage: Elevation of Wastewater to the Air Flotation Reaction Tank
With a seamless integration through a contact oxidation tank equipped with a pipe mixer at the inlet, our method ensures that the liquid and wastewater are thoroughly amalgamated, resulting in optimal polycoagulation. The precisely formulated agent is efficiently dispensed by the advanced dispensing device.
2. Strategic Release in the Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas Process
The return water dissolved gas, coupled with its release effect, plays a pivotal role in influencing the efficiency of air flotation. Our cutting-edge system employs a high-energy, efficient gas dissolution and release apparatus. Here, the air compressor's compressed air meticulously integrates and dissolves with the pump-pressurized reflux within the dissolved gas tank, forming perfectly dissolved gas water. The gas tank operates optimally at a working pressure of 2~3kg / cm2, ensuring superior performance.
3. Air Floatation Combined with Superior Water Purification Techniques
Upon dosing and coagulation, the wastewater enters the air float tank, where the water-soluble tank gas water significantly acts upon introduction. The dissolved gas release experiences sudden decompression, causing the air to liberate countless microbubbles. These microbubbles, as they rise, form an aggregation with the sewage, adhering to the suspended particles, which rapidly ascend to the surface. An upper gas float scraper then expertly removes the accumulated residues, directing them to the sludge pool, as treated water is efficiently discharged from the pool's base.
