I.    Product Definition
QDPP integrated sewage treatment equipment is named after the raw material and is a polymer and new material equipment. Since the equipment made of this material is integrally molded, it is presented as a tank. Based on the tank form, the R&D team of Zhong Qiao Enlightenment overcomes difficulties, improves technology in west countries, and develops a series of integrated sewage treatment equipment such as Zhong Qiao horizontal tank A/В, Zhong Qiao vertical tank A/В, Zhong Qiao hollow tank, etc. Aiming to the current situations and discharge criteria of sewage in China's rural areas.
II.   Raw Materials
For the raw materials, high-modulus polypropylene is used as the winding material. This material is currently an ideal choice for plastic materials used in underground water and sewage drainage as well as wastewater treatment. The elastic modulus of this material is ≥1,500MPA, and the elastic modulus of HDPE is only 800MPA. The elastic modulus plays a decisive role in the ring stiffness of the product, the higher the elastic modulus, the higher the ring stiffness of the product.
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, highly crystalline milky white polymer with a density of only (0.90--0.91g/cm³). It is one of the lighter varieties in all plastics at present. It is particularly stable in water, with the water absorption rate of only 0.01% and the molecular weight of about 80,000-150,000. The product has good forming performance and the surface gloss.
