Innovative Process of Our Fully Automatic Gas-Soluble Air Flotation Machine
1. The wastewater is expertly elevated to the air flotation reaction tank, ensuring a seamless transition to the purification process.
Within the contact oxidation tank, a strategically placed pipe mixer is installed in the inlet pipe. This ingenious setup guarantees complete fusion of liquid and wastewater, initiating a polycoagulation process. The coagulation agent, expertly supplied by the dispensing device, plays a pivotal role.
2. The Release Mechanism of Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The release and efficiency of return water dissolved gas are critical to achieving optimal air flotation. Our system employs a sophisticated, high-energy efficient device for gas dissolution and release. Compressed air from the air compressor is thoroughly mixed and dissolved with pump-pressurized reflux within the gas tank, resulting in perfectly dissolved gas water. The gas tank operates at a pressure of 2~3 kg/cm².
3. Air Flotation and Water Purification Segment
Upon dosing coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, the water-soluble tank's dissolved gas releases through sudden decompression, generating a myriad of microbubbles. As these bubbles rise, they adhere to suspended particles, effectively lifting them to the surface. The advanced gas float scraper then expertly removes them, depositing into the sludge pool, while treated water is efficiently discharged.
4. Advanced Electrical Control System
Our cutting-edge automatic electrical control cabinet enables unmanned operation post-installation. It meticulously manages the gas dissolved pump, fuel injector, and air compressor for seamless functionality.
