The core process of this integrated equipment is MBBR. MBBR process evolves from aerated biological filter (BAF), which belongs to the current mature sewage biochemical treatment technology.


This process uses the biological filler in the water flow as the microbial attachment carrier (filling rate> 60%).

By allowing the SS in the water, the organic matter carries out a series of physical and chemical reactions under the action of microorganisms, and finally realizes the degradation of organic matter.


On the one hand, the film formed on the carrier surface in the water plays the effect of adsorption, interception and rapid degradation of organic matter in the water; on the other hand, the film and filler have certain adsorption and filtration effect on other non-organic matter so as to achieve the effect of water purification.

This process fully integrates the characteristics of the biological fluidized bed and biological contact oxidation processes.

There is no need for the maintenance of the biofilm carrier base and the biofilm support, and effectively solves the problems of low treatment efficiency, low mass transfer efficiency and high power required.




The key of MBBR process lies in the carrier fluidization, which promotes the interpretation of pollutants.

This process requires the carrier system (including casting and salvage), system aeration, interception system, propeller and pool design to be fully combined and adapted to each other.

In the integrated biochemical system, the carrier is fully fluidized by reasonable aeration, so that it is suspended in water and fully contact and collide with sewage, so as to complete the mixing process of SS, water and gas efficiently. The porous flower tube is used to spread air.

Under the action of a large number of bubbles, the carrier is constantly alternating up and down to accelerate the process of hanging and removing film on the surface of the carrier.

The carrier is selected as the foaming material, which is initially suspended in the upper part of the pool.

During the culture period, many biofilms will gradually be attached to the surface, and the density will increase accordingly. When the surface biofilm reaches a certain scale and the carrier density exceeds 1 g/cm3, the carrier in the upper non-aeration area slowly sinks to the bottom of the aeration area, the strong aeration impact at the bottom quickly destroys the residual biofilm on the carrier, and the density of the carrier drops to less than 1 g/cm3 begins to rise.

Before and after the film changes with the density, the carrier floats up and down in the pool to complete the cycle of biofilm from growth to shedding, and ensure the biological activity in the pool.

At the same time, in order to stabilize the operation of the system, a supporting screen (stainless steel) interception system should be set in the device to prevent the fluidized carrier from leaking to the subsequent link.
