1. The journey begins as the wastewater is gently elevated into the air flotation reaction tank, setting the stage for effective treatment.
In the contact oxidation tank, a sophisticated pipe mixer installed at the inlet ensures an immaculate fusion of liquid and wastewater. This meticulous mixing process fosters the formation of polycoagulation within the wastewater, expertly aided by an agent supplied by the precise dispensing device.
2. The Ingenious Release Mechanism of Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
Return water dissolved gas and its release is paramount to achieving an optimal air flotation effect. Employing a high-energy efficient gas dissolution and release system, compressed air is meticulously blended and dissolved with pump-pressurized reflux in the dissolved gas tank. Herein, it forms effervescent dissolved gas water, operable under a working pressure of 2~3kg/cm², ensuring exceptional performance.
3. Air Flotation and Water Purification Mastery
As coagulated wastewater enters the air float tank, the gas-charged, water-soluble tank at the lower inlet rapidly releases dissolved gas under sudden decompression. This causes an effusion of micro bubbles that captivate suspended matter, lifting them gracefully to the surface. The suspended materials are then efficiently scraped off by the upper gas float scraper, gracefully transferred to the sludge pool, leaving the purified water to exit seamlessly through the pool bottom.
