1. The journey begins as the wastewater is elegantly lifted into the air flotation reaction tank, marking the start of its remarkable transformation.
As the wastewater passes through the contact oxidation tank, a strategically positioned pipe mixer within the inlet pipe ensures a complete and seamless fusion of liquid and wastewater. This sophisticated method facilitates the polycoagulation process of the wastewater, utilizing an essential agent supplied by an advanced dispensing device.
2. The Innovative Release Mechanism of the Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The return water dissolved gas and its revolutionary release mechanism are pivotal to the unmatched efficacy of air flotation. This system employs a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient gas dissolution and release device. Within this system, the air compressor's compressed air is meticulously integrated and dissolved with the pump-pressurized reflux in the dissolved gas tank to yield exceptional dissolved gas water. The impressive working pressure of the gas tank is expertly maintained at 2~3kg/cm², ensuring optimal performance.
3. The Air Float and Water Purification Process
With precision, the coagulated wastewater is dosed into the air float tank, where water-soluble tank gas water is introduced via the lower part of the inlet. This ingenious system utilizes dissolved gas release to cause a sudden decompression, resulting in the release of a multitude of microbubbles. These microbubbles bond effortlessly with the suspended matter during their ascent, swiftly elevating all impurities to the surface. The upper gas float scraper then expertly removes these impurities, depositing them into the sludge pool, while purified water is efficiently discharged from the pool's bottom, ensuring crystal-clear results.
