The production process of QDPP integrated sewage treatment equipment reflects a high degree of mechanization and automation, and ensures the stability and consistency of product quality. Its main production process includes the following key steps:
1. Tank production:
The tank adopts the production process of one forming and multiple winding. In this process, the bottom material of the tank goes through sufficient air cooling process, the bottom material crystallization is completed, and the internal material is fully released.
Subsequently, the bottom surface is reheated to wrap around the next layer. According to the thickness of the tank joint, the number of winding will also vary.
This process ensures that the tank has a wall thickness of up to 10-80mm, greatly enhancing the strength and durability of the tank.
2. External welding:
External welding adopts imported automatic extrusion welding unit to realize primary welding molding of large weld.
During the welding process, the new PPH particles with the same properties as the tank are hot melted at the large weld and integrated with the tank bottom and tank.
This process not only improves the integrity of the weld, but also enhances the corrosion resistance and leakage resistance of the product.
3. Internal welding:
Internal welding also adopts the automatic long-arm extrusion welding process, which hot melts the new PPH particles in the internal weld, and integrates with the tank bottom and the tank body.
This internal welding process is the same principle as the external welding, but the equipment is different, ensuring the smooth appearance and high quality of the weld.
4.Installation and debugging:
The last process is internal installation, using the imported small automatic extrusion welding unit, the takeover and flange welding molding, and open the corresponding size of the diameter on the tank, using the German MUNSCH portable extrusion welding machine for welding.
The whole installation process is flexible and convenient, and can be customized according to customer needs.
