The segregated sludge, influenced by gravity, effortlessly glides down to the tank's base, where it is meticulously collected and discharged.
Remarkably, this advanced structural design elevates sedimentation efficiency by an impressive 50-60%, while amplifying treatment capacity by 2 to 4 times within the same spatial area. Tailored Treatment Capacities of inclined tube sedimentation tanks can be ingeniously customized based on empirical data from initial wastewater analyses. Additionally, coagulants are typically incorporated during the operation to enhance performance.
The innovative inclined tube sedimentation process features the precise installation of inclined tube components at a strategic 60-degree angle above the sludge suspension layer. Here, suspended solids or flocs, post-coagulant introduction, coalesce into a delicate sludge layer along the inclined tube's underside.
Under the influence of gravity, the sludge elegantly slides back to the sludge suspension layer, subsequently settling in the sludge collection hopper. It is then expertly discharged through a sludge pipe for further treatment or potential reuse.
