The journey begins as wastewater flows through the contact oxidation tank, with a pipe mixer strategically installed in the inlet pipe to ensure thorough mixing. This method guarantees that the liquid and wastewater integrate seamlessly, promoting polycoagulation. A dispensing device accurately supplies the necessary agents.
2. Effervescent Release of Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The return water dissolved gas and its release efficacy are pivotal in determining the success of the air flotation process. This advanced flotation system features a highly efficient gas dissolution and release device. Here, the compressed air, delivered by the air compressor, thoroughly merges with the pump-pressurized reflux within the dissolved gas tank, creating what is known as dissolved gas water. The system operates at a robust working pressure of 2~3 kg/cm².
3. Air Flotation and Water Purification Excellence
When coagulated wastewater is dosed into the air float tank, water-soluble tank gas water, injected at the lower inlet, undergoes a sudden decompression. This action releases a cascade of micro bubbles due to the abrupt pressure change. As these micro bubbles ascend, they aggregate and adhere to the suspended particles in the sewage, causing them to swiftly rise to the surface. The efficient upper gas float scraper then skillfully removes the floating suspended matter, directing it into the sludge pool, while the clarified water is discharged from the pool's base.
