Process of Fully Automatic Gas-Soluble Gas Flotation Machine
1. The journey begins as wastewater is gracefully elevated into the air flotation reaction tank.
Through the innovative contact oxidation tank, a sophisticated pipe mixer is strategically installed within the inlet pipe. This ingenious approach ensures that the liquid and wastewater are thoroughly mingled, prompting the formation of polycoagulation in the wastewater. The requisite agent is expertly supplied by the precise dispensing device.
2. The Release Segment of the Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The efficacy of return water dissolved gas and its release are pivotal to the success of air flotation. This advanced flotation system employs a state-of-the-art, high-efficiency gas dissolution and release device. Within the dissolved gas tank, the compressed air from the air compressor is intricately blended and dissolved with the treated pump-pressurized reflux, resulting in pristine dissolved gas water. The gas tank operates under a working pressure of 2~3 kg/cm², ensuring optimal performance.
3. Air Floatation and Water Purification Segment
Upon dosing coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, the water-soluble tank gas water at the inlet's lower region undergoes sudden decompression via the dissolved gas release mechanism. This sudden release triggers a large volume of microbubbles, which ascend through the sewage, forming an aggregation of suspended particulates. These microbubbles adhere to the suspended matter, rapidly rising to the surface. Subsequently, the upper gas float scraper efficiently gathers and discharges the accumulated suspended matter into the sludge pool. Meanwhile, the treated water is seamlessly discharged from the pool's bottom.
4. The Electrical Control Segment
