Utilizing advanced molding techniques, the equipment is seamlessly formed into a single-piece tank, epitomizing durability and efficiency. This has led to the creation of a versatile range of integrated solutions including Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, Vertical Tank A/B, and the innovative Hollow Tank.
II. Superior Raw Materials
Our choice of high-modulus polypropylene is paramount for subterranean drainage and wastewater solutions. With an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, it significantly surpasses HDPE's 800 MPa, ensuring unmatched ring stiffness and structural integrity, vital for high-performance applications.
Polypropylene shines with its non-toxic, odorless, and highly crystalline nature, boasting an ultra-light density (0.90-0.91 g/cm³). Its water stability is unparalleled, with a minimal absorption rate of 0.01%. With a molecular weight range of 80,000 to 150,000, polypropylene offers superior molding capabilities and a lustrous finish.
Exhibiting phenomenal chemical stability, polypropylene resists numerous chemical agents, although it is vulnerable to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids. It can also interact with certain hydrocarbons. Enhanced crystallinity magnifies its chemical resilience, making it an ideal choice for crafting robust, corrosion-resistant components.
Non-toxic and odor-free, polypropylene boasts greater strength, stiffness, and heat resistance than low-density polyethylene, performing optimally at temperatures near 100°C. It also offers excellent dielectric properties and moisture-independent high-frequency insulation.
Widely resistant to common acids, bases, and organic solvents, polypropylene is perfect for applications in food-grade utensils.
PPH, a high molecular weight, low melt flow homopolypropylene, benefits from β-modification, yielding a fine crystalline structure that enhances chemical and temperature resilience, creep resistance, and low-temperature impact resistance.

1. Safety First
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.

The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).

This method varies based on tank joint specifications and structural needs.

This technology enables the creation of expansive welds in the areas of greatest stress on the tank-achieved seamlessly in a single operation. Utilizing pristine PPH pellets, identical to the tank's own material, these are thermally fused at the seams, forging a robust and inseparable bond with the tank's bottom and body.
