As the wastewater navigates through the contact oxidation tank, an ingeniously positioned pipe mixer in the inlet pipe ensures a flawless fusion of liquid and wastewater. This sophisticated approach enhances the fluid's polycoagulation process, with an essential agent provided by a state-of-the-art dispensing device.
2. The Pivotal Release Mechanism of the Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The return water dissolved gas and its release play a crucial role in the flawless performance of air flotation. This innovative system is equipped with an avant-garde, energy-efficient gas dissolution and release device. Within, the air compressor's pressurized air is expertly mingled and dissolved with the pump-pressurized reflux in the dissolved gas tank, crafting the ideal dissolved gas water. The gas tank's remarkable working pressure is consistently maintained at 2~3kg/cm², ensuring optimal effectiveness.
3. Air Float and Water Purification Process
Upon introducing the coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, water-soluble tank gas water is introduced from the lower region. This clever system releases the dissolved gas, triggering a sudden decompression. Consequently, a multitude of microbubbles are unleashed. These microbubbles engage with the suspended particles during their rise, efficiently elevating all impurities to the surface. The upper gas float scraper skillfully removes these impurities, directing them into the sludge pool, while the pristine water is effectively discharged from the pool's base.
