1. The wastewater is elevated into the sophisticated air flotation reaction tank, setting the stage for a comprehensive treatment experience.
Through the innovative contact oxidation tank, with a state-of-the-art pipe mixer installed in the inlet pipe, this method ensures a perfect blend of liquid and wastewater. Here, the wastewater undergoes polycoagulation with remarkable efficiency. The coagulant is meticulously supplied by an advanced dispensing device for optimal results.
2. The release part of the Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The reflux water dissolved gas and its impressive release effect are pivotal in enhancing the air flotation efficiency. This machine employs a high-energy and ultra-efficient gas dissolution and release device. The compressed air from the air compressor is expertly mixed and dissolved with the treated pump-pressurized reflux in the advanced dissolved gas tank, creating a superior dissolved gas water. The operation is conducted under a working pressure of 2~3 kg/cm², ensuring maximum effectiveness.
3. Air Floatation and Water Purification Segment
Upon dosing coagulated wastewater into the air float tank, the water-soluble tank gas water enters the lower part of the inlet, where dissolved gas is released through a sudden decompression. This process causes the air dissolved in the water to release a multitude of micro bubbles. As these micro bubbles ascend, they combine with the rising sewage, adhering to suspended particles and swiftly elevating them to the surface. The upper gas float scraper then efficiently skims the floating material, directing it into the sludge pool. The treated water is drained from the pool's bottom, ensuring a pristine water extraction.
4. Electrical Control Component
