2. The Release Section of the Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The return water dissolved gas and its release are pivotal in determining the efficacy of the air flotation process. This flotation system incorporates a high-efficiency gas dissolution and release device. The air compressor's compressed air is intimately mixed and dissolved with the pump-pressurized reflux in the sophisticated dissolved gas tank, creating the dissolved gas water. The gas tank operates at an optimal working pressure of 2~3kg/cm², ensuring exceptional performance.
3. Air Floatation and Water Purification Segment
Upon dosing the coagulation-treated wastewater into the air float tank, the water-soluble tank's gas water enters the lower section via the dissolved gas release, undergoing sudden decompression. This rapid decompression liberates a multitude of micro bubbles, which rise through the wastewater, adhering to suspended particles. This causes the impurities to float swiftly to the surface, where the upper gas float scraper efficiently collects and moves them to the sludge pool. The pool's treated water exits from the bottom, completing the purification process.
