Product Description
I. Product Definition
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment, a marvel of engineering excellence, is aptly named after its innovative raw materials. Crafted from cutting-edge high-molecular material, this equipment is meticulously formed using state-of-the-art molds, creating a seamless, robust tank structure. The visionary Zhong Qiao Enlightenment R&D team has surmounted previous design hurdles, skillfully drawing from and refining Western technological advancements to tailor this equipment for the unique sewage conditions and stringent discharge standards of rural China. This pioneering series includes the Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, Vertical Tank A/B, and Hollow Tank, each representing a culmination of precision engineering and practical functionality.
II. Raw Materials
At the core of our innovative equipment is high-modulus polypropylene, renowned for its impeccable suitability for buried drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment. Its superior properties are evidenced by its impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, far surpassing HDPE's 800 MPa. This critical elastic modulus ensures exceptional ring stiffness, elevating the product's durability and reliability in demanding environments.
Polypropylene stands out as a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, and highly crystalline polymer with a remarkably low density of (0.90-0.91 g/cm³). This makes it one of the most lightweight plastics available. Its water stability is exceptional with a mere 0.01% absorption rate, and it boasts a molecular weight ranging from 80,000 to 150,000. Coupled with excellent molding capabilities and a lustrous surface, polypropylene is the epitome of modern material science.
Exhibiting outstanding chemical stability, polypropylene is resistant to a wide array of chemical reagents. While concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids present a challenge, this material only softens or swells when exposed to specific hydrocarbons. The increasing crystallinity enhances its chemical resilience, making it ideal for crafting a variety of chemical equipment and components, all with superior corrosion resistance.
This non-toxic, odorless polymer boasts low density with enhanced strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance that outperform low-density polyethylene. It remains dependable at elevated temperatures around 100°C and demonstrates excellent dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation unaffected by humidity, making it a versatile choice across industries.
Its resistance to common acids, bases, and organic solvents positions polypropylene as an ideal material for food utensils, ensuring safety and durability.
PPH, a high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolypropylene, undergoes β-modification to achieve a refined crystalline structure. This process endows the material with remarkable chemical resistance, high-temperature resilience, impressive creep resistance, and outstanding impact resistance, even at low temperatures, making it a versatile and robust choice for demanding applications.
II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
5. Flexible and Convenient Installation Lightweight, easy to install and maintain, non-toxic, non-scaling, and non-contaminating. It is user-friendly, customizable according to customer needs, and allows for flexible overall installation. 6. Wide Application Range |
The equipment is perfectly suited for industries including wastewater treatment,
air pollution control, lithium battery new energy, chemical, metallurgy, electroplating,
chemical fiber, dyeing, environmental protection, petroleum, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, oils, light industry, acid production, acid washing, and
battery materials, ensuring optimal performance across diverse applications.
IV. Structural Appearance
Main Equipment Color: The default choice is a sophisticated light gray, though bespoke color options are available to cater to specific aesthetic preferences.
Equipment Structure: It offers versatility with options for both solid wall and hollow structures, allowing customization to meet varied operational needs.
V. Production Process
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is crafted using an advanced one-time forming and multiple winding production process. Wall thicknesses can span from 10-80 mm, ensuring strength and resilience. This intricate process involves winding the base layer, facilitating full cooling and crystallization to release internal stress. Subsequent layers are meticulously wound post-heating of the base layer surface. The number and thickness of winding layers are customized according to the tank's specific joint and functional requirements.
VI. Welding Process
Experience the fusion of strength and precision with our external welding process. Utilizing cutting-edge imported automatic extrusion welding machines, we create robust, large-scale welds in the most critical stress areas of the tank, all in a single operation. These welds feature new PPH pellets that perfectly match the tank material, ensuring a seamless thermal fusion at the seams. This results in a harmonious, durable bond with the tank's bottom and body, offering unparalleled structural integrity.
Characteristics:
1. Our innovative equipment is highly mechanized and automated, delivering consistently superior product quality with every batch.
2. Ingeniously designed, our weld seams are strategically based on the product's stress distribution, ensuring maximum strength and integrity throughout the tank.
3. Our tanks boast supreme product integrity, with welds becoming an integral part of the structure, offering excellent resistance to corrosion and a reliable leak-proof performance.
4. Experience the visual and functional elegance of reduced flash and smooth, aesthetically pleasing seams.
5. We enhance longevity by incorporating UV absorbers into the PPH pellets, effectively staving off aging for an extended service life.
Internal Welding
Discover the art of precision with our internal welding process. Employing advanced automatic long-arm extrusion welding technology, this critical step ensures the perfect integration of new PPH pellets with the tank's structure. Just like external welding, these pellets are thermally fused at the internal weld seams, forming a flawless union with the tank's bottom and body, though the equipment used is distinct.
Characteristics:
1. Our internal welding process is highly mechanized and automated, guaranteeing stable and excellent product quality.
2. Our precision-engineered weld seams are crafted based on the product's stress characteristics, optimizing strength and integrity.
3. Enjoy exceptional product cohesion, with welds forming an inseparable part of the tank, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and a leak-proof design.
4. The process results in reduced flash and smooth, visually appealing seams, enhancing both aesthetic and functional qualities.
5. To prolong service life, UV absorbers are added to the PPH pellets, effectively preventing aging and damage from environmental exposure.
