2. Reflux Water and Gas Release Mechanism
Achieving Optimum Flotation: The reflux water's dissolved gas and its release efficiency are pivotal in enhancing the air flotation process. Our avant-garde flotation technique employs a highly efficient gas dissolution and release system. Within the dissolved gas tank, the air compressor's compressed air integrates seamlessly with the treated, pump-pressurized reflux, crafting a superior dissolved gas water. The operational pressure of the gas tank ranges between 2 to 3 kg/cm², ensuring peak performance.
3. Air Floatation and Water Purification Innovation
Revolutionary Water Treatment: Once the wastewater undergoes dosing coagulation, it enters the air float tank. Here, the water-soluble tank gas water at the inlet's lower section undergoes sudden decompression, causing a flurry of micro bubbles to emerge. This unique phenomenon occurs when air dissolved in water releases due to abrupt decompression. As these micro bubbles ascend, they latch onto suspended particles, rapidly elevating them. This ensures all suspended matter floats to the surface, after which the upper gas float scraper elegantly removes them, depositing the residue into the sludge pool, while the purified water exits from the pool's bottom.
