I. Product Definition
The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment, a marvel of modern engineering, is crafted from an innovative high-molecular material. This equipment, molded into a singular tank shape, showcases advanced design improvements by the Zhong Qiao Enlightenment R&D team. By leveraging and enhancing Western technologies, they have developed a collection of integrated sewage solutions tailored to the unique sewage profiles and discharge norms of rural China. This includes the groundbreaking Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, Vertical Tank A/B, and the Hollow Tank.
II. Raw Materials
Our equipment utilizes high-modulus polypropylene, a superior choice for drainage and wastewater applications. With an impressive elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa compared to HDPE's 800 MPa, it offers remarkable ring stiffness, essential for its longevity and performance.
High-modulus polypropylene is a pristine, odorless, tasteless crystalline polymer, recognized for its density of merely (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), rendering it one of the lightest yet strongest plastics. Its negligible water absorption rate of 0.01% and a significant molecular weight range of 80,000 to 150,000 ensure superb molding capabilities and a refined finish.
This material excels in chemical stability, resisting myriad chemical agents. Despite vulnerability to concentrated sulfuric and nitric acids, its resistance strengthens with heightened crystallinity, making it ideal for diverse corrosion-resistant chemical applications.
Boasting non-toxicity and superb physical attributes, polypropylene surpasses low-density polyethylene in strength, hardness, and thermal resistance, usable at approximately 100°C. Its superior dielectric properties ensure reliable high-frequency insulation, undisturbed by humid conditions.
Its resilience against common acids, bases, and solvents renders it perfect for food-related applications.
PPH, with its fine crystalline structure from β-modification, offers unrivaled chemical, thermal, and impact resistance, proving indispensable in high-demand environments.
II. Characteristics
1. Safety
The tank is manufactured using a spiral extrusion winding-one-time forming technology. The tank is formed directly from granular raw materials through molds, achieving a seamless, one-piece structure.
2. Durability |
The raw materials include UV-resistant and anti-aging additives, addressing the issue of short outdoor service life for plastic equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
3. Economic Efficiency |
The tank can have a thickness of over 80 mm, with a tapered cross-section. The thickness can be increased in areas with greater stress at the lower part of the tank, optimizing the use of materials where needed.
4. Corrosion Resistance
It exhibits excellent resistance to various acids and bases and can store most organic and inorganic acids, bases, salts, and some organic solvents (see the corrosion data sheet for details).
5. Flexible and Convenient Installation Lightweight, easy to install and maintain, non-toxic, non-scaling, and non-contaminating. It is user-friendly, customizable according to customer needs, and allows for flexible overall installation. 6. Wide Application Range |

and air pollution mitigation, as well as lithium battery innovations, chemical processing, metallurgy, and electroplating,
these systems excel in chemical fiber production, dyeing, environmental preservation, oil and electronic industries, pharmaceuticals, culinary sectors, and light industrial applications like acid manufacturing, acid washing, and
battery material processing.
IV. Structural Appearance
Main Equipment Color: While the standard color is light gray, we offer customization to meet specific aesthetic preferences.
Equipment Structure: Adaptable designs are available, featuring either a robust solid wall or a versatile hollow structure.
V. Production Process
Our QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is produced through an innovative one-time molding and multi-layer winding process. Wall thickness is customizable from 10-80 mm. This technique involves initial base layer winding, followed by cooling and crystallization, which releases internal stresses. Post re-heating, additional layers are meticulously applied. The number of layers and their thickness can be tailored to the tank's specific design requirements.
VI. Welding Process
Our advanced external welding process, employing state-of-the-art imported automatic extrusion welding machines, expertly creates expansive welds precisely in the areas of highest stress on the tank. This results in a seamless and robust connection, as new PPH pellets-identical to the tank's material-are thermally fused at the weld seams. This fusion not only fortifies the union but also ensures a flawless integration of the tank's bottom and body, promising remarkable durability.
