2. Masterful Release: The Art of Reflux Water-Dissolved Gas
The quality of return water dissolved gas and its release are crucial for optimal air flotation. Our equipment boasts a cutting-edge, energy-efficient gas dissolution and release device. Here, compressed air from the air compressor is seamlessly mixed and dissolved with pump-pressurized reflux in the dissolved gas tank, crafting high-quality dissolved gas water. The gas tank operates under a steady pressure of 2~3kg/cm².
3. Air Float Magic: Transforming Water Purification
In the air float tank, after the coagulated wastewater is dosed, water from the water-soluble tank enters through the lower inlet and is subjected to a sudden decompression, causing the dissolved air to release a surge of tiny micro bubbles. These ascendacious micro bubbles interact with suspended particles, enhancing coagulation. As these bubbles ascend, they lift all suspended matter to the surface, and our efficient gas float scraper promptly removes them, discharging them into the sludge pool. Meanwhile, treated water exits smoothly from the pool's bottom.
