The QDPP Integrated Sewage Treatment Equipment is named after its raw materials and is made from a new high-molecular material. Due to the fact that the equipment is formed using molds into a single piece, it presents as a tank. The Zhong Qiao Enlightenment R&D team has overcome challenges with this tank design, drawing on and improving Western technologies. In response to the sewage conditions and discharge standards in rural China, they have developed a series of integrated sewage treatment equipment including: Zhong Qiao Tank Horizontal Tank A/B, Zhong Qiao Tank Vertical Tank A/B, and Zhong Qiao Tank Hollow Tank.
The raw material used is high-modulus polypropylene, which is an ideal choice for buried drainage, sewage, and wastewater treatment due to its properties. This material has an elastic modulus of ≥1500 MPa, while HDPE has an elastic modulus of only 800 MPa. The elastic modulus is crucial for determining the product's ring stiffness; higher elastic modulus results in higher ring stiffness.
Polypropylene is a non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, white, highly crystalline polymer with a density of only (0.90-0.91 g/cm³), making it one of the lighter plastics. It is very stable in water, with an absorption rate of only 0.01%, a molecular weight of approximately 80,000 to 150,000, excellent molding properties, and a glossy surface.
Polypropylene has excellent chemical stability. It is resistant to various chemical reagents but can be eroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid. However, it can soften and swell when exposed to low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The chemical stability of polypropylene improves with increased crystallinity, making it suitable for manufacturing various chemical equipment and components with good corrosion resistance.
Polypropylene is non-toxic, odorless, and has a low density. It has superior strength, stiffness, hardness, and heat resistance compared to low-density polyethylene and can be used at around 100°C. It also exhibits good dielectric properties and high-frequency insulation that are not affected by humidity.
Common acids, bases, and organic solvents have little effect on it, making it suitable for use in food utensils.
PPH is a high molecular weight, low melt flow rate homopolypropylene that, through β-modification, has a fine crystalline structure. This imparts excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, good creep resistance, and exceptional impact resistance at low temperatures.
